My mission
As a retired professional who has led a full life and career prior to embarking on this journey of helping others, I don’t view coaching as a profession—it’s my way of giving back. I genuinely care about your progress and well-being, and I am deeply invested in helping you create the life you deserve.
You won’t just be heard—you’ll be supported and empowered. I will be there to celebrate your progress, help you navigate challenges, and remind you of the strength and potential you already possess.
Walking this path together
I understand what it’s like to face profound physical and emotional challenges. I’ve experienced limitations and hardships firsthand, and I’ve also experienced deep healing and transformation, and I’ve come out on the other side, living a life I love. Because of this, I bring not only the knowledge but also true empathy and first-hand experience of understanding what it’s like to suffer and knowing how to step out of the darkness into the light.

“Arthur has a calming, grounded presence that helped me feel safe from the start. He brings a rare mix of patience, humility, and real compassion. He never pushed or rushed me— he simply walked beside me as I worked through deep emotional patterns I didn’t even realize were there.
What stood out most was how deeply he listens. He knows exactly when to guide and when to just hold space. That kind of support helped me reconnect with parts of myself I’d lost: my strength, my clarity, my self-trust.”
- Risa W.
“Before working with Arthur, I felt stuck in a bad relationship and was struggling with loneliness. A trusted friend recommended Arthur, and I trusted her completely.
Arthur was gentle and healing throughout our sessions. We used tools like visualization, timeline therapy, and IFS to work through emotional wounds. After our work together, I felt whole for the first time in my life.
His coaching helped me leave that unhealthy relationship, feel peaceful in my own space, and reconnect with myself. My home became a healing place, and I even reconnected with my ex-husband, who’s now a client.”

Fear
by Kahlil Gibran
It is said that before entering the sea
a river trembles with fear.
She looks back at the path she has traveled,
from the peaks of the mountains,
the long winding road crossing forests and villages.
And in front of her,
she sees an ocean so vast,
that to enter
there seems nothing more than to disappear forever.
But there is no other way.
The river can not go back.
Nobody can go back.
To go back is impossible in existence.
The river needs to take the risk
of entering the ocean
because only then will fear disappear,
because that's where the river will know
it's not about disappearing into the ocean,
but of becoming the ocean.
